3 Oaks Gaming is the name Booongo has used since it rebranded at the end of October 2022. The studio started out as Booongo in 2015; the new identity came with a push toward more markets and a bigger media presence, while the games and the design team carried on.

Older lobbies still show BNG or Booongo labels, many players remember the old name, and the popular series kept running under the new one. Hold and Win, defined
Hold and Win is a bonus mechanic in which coin or bonus symbols lock in place and the other positions respin, usually three times, with the counter resetting every time a new coin lands. The round ends when the respins run out or the grid fills; the values on the coins are then added up, and a full grid can pay the top fixed jackpot.
3 Oaks built its catalogue around this idea and keeps refining it: boost symbols, collectors and several fixed jackpot levels. For players the attraction is obvious: each new coin that lands is a small moment of suspense, and the total is visible as it grows.

How a Hold and Win round reaches your wallet
The studio runs the whole bonus. From your side, a 3 Oaks round is a normal debit, possibly followed by credits that have no new stake attached, and that is the only thing to get right.
Step by step, through our seamless wallet:
- The base spin arrives as a debit, with an integer amount in minor units (0.80 EUR is 80), a unique call_id, a round_id and the game_id (identical to the id_hash).
- If six sun symbols or enough coins land, the game plays its respins internally. No debit is sent for them.
- At the end of the bonus, the total, including any Mini, Minor, Major or Grand prize, arrives as a credit on the same round.
- If something fails mid-round, a rollback arrives with rb=1 and refers to the debit to reverse.
Your answer is always HTTP 200: error 0 plus the new balance, error 1 plus the current balance when funds are short, error 2 for a signature mismatch or unknown player. Signatures use md5(timestamp + salt_key) and a 30-second window, and call_id makes every retry safe. The type field (bet, win, bonus_fs) is for your statistics only. Is there still a Booongo API, or has it become 3 Oaks?
Booongo rebranded to 3 Oaks Gaming at the end of October 2022, so today the studio and its games go by the 3 Oaks name. Through SoftAggregator you do not have to care about the naming: the studio is one entry in getProviderList, with the older Booongo hits and the newer 3 Oaks releases in the same list.
