EGT or Amusnet? Clearing up the name

Amusnet Interactive is the new name of EGT Interactive, the online division of Euro Games Technology, a gaming machine maker founded in Sofia, Bulgaria, in 2002. The rebrand was announced in 2022; the games, the art style and the fan base carried over unchanged.

That is why operators still search for an "EGT API" and players still type "EGT slots" in the lobby search. Our catalogue lists these titles under the studio's current name, and your own lobby can present them however your players know them.

The land-based origin matters. Many Amusnet titles began life on casino-floor cabinets in Eastern Europe and Latin America, so they carry the look and pacing of those machines: few lines, bright fruit, fast spins and a gamble option after the win.

The Hot family and other titles players ask for by name

Amusnet players are loyal to specific titles more than to features. These are the ones that tend to fill search logs.

What an Amusnet session looks like in your wallet

Short and frequent. A typical Amusnet player spins fast at modest stakes, which means a steady stream of small debits and credits rather than a few big movements.

• One stake, one debit. Each spin arrives on your callback URL as action=debit, the amount in minor units (0.40 is sent as 40).
• Wins as credits. A winning spin produces action=credit with the same round_id.
• Gamble after the win. The card gamble is inside the game; whatever it changes reaches you through the same debit and credit calls, each with its own call_id.
• Free spins and in-game jackpot wins. They can land as credits with no debit in front of them. Book them normally.
• Rollbacks. A call with rb=1 reverses the movement it refers to; apply it once only.

Because traffic is dense, a fast response matters. Store call_id as a unique key, reply with HTTP 200 every time, and use error 0 (done), 1 (not enough funds, with the current balance) or 2 (signature invalid, player unknown or internal error). Signatures are md5(timestamp + salt_key) and the timestamp must be less than 30 seconds old. The API documentation shows full request examples.

Integrating Amusnet through SoftAggregator

You integrate our platform once and Amusnet is available with everything else. All calls are POST requests with a JSON body to https://api.softaggregator.com/api/v1, authenticated by api_login and api_password, with a method field choosing the operation.

1. getProviderList returns each studio once, with its display name and provider key.
2. getGameList returns the Amusnet titles with id_hash, game_type, image and whether demo play is available.
3. createPlayer registers a customer and fixes the currency they will bet in.
4. getGame opens a title: gameid is the id_hash, plus lang, currency, device, country code and homeurl. The URL goes into an iframe.
5. getPlayerHistory lists a player's rounds, newest first, one merged line per round, for support and dispute checks.

Nothing in this flow is specific to Amusnet, which is exactly the point of a casino game aggregator API: the same five methods and three callbacks cover every studio.

Amusnet's audience is strongest where its cabinets were already familiar: Bulgaria, Romania and the wider Balkans, Central and Eastern Europe, and Latin America. Each player keeps the currency chosen at createPlayer.
