4. Answer balance, debit and credit with HTTP 200. Return error 1 with the current balance when a bonus buy exceeds the funds, and error 2 for a bad signature or an unknown player.
5. Check that rb=1 rollbacks restore the amount of the original call_id.

Amounts are integers in minor units (a 2.50 stake arrives as 250) and the request key is md5 of the timestamp plus your salt_key, valid for 30 seconds.
