Mascot Gaming in one paragraph
Mascot Gaming is a game studio founded on 2 September 2015 in Rasnov, in the Brasov region of Romania. It is known for building its own mechanics instead of copying popular ones: Risk & Buy (introduced with Riot in 2020), Rockways (launched in November 2021 with Primal Bet Rockways) and, since September 2023, a range of crash games.
Its art is playful and cartoonish, from rebellious punks in Riot to dinosaurs, lanterns and hamsters, and the studio has stepped up its output to around three new games a month since mid-2024. That release pace is one more reason to take it through a game aggregator API: new titles simply appear in your game list.
The mechanics, explained for operators
Mascot is worth adding for its mechanics, because they create play patterns players cannot get elsewhere. Here is what each one does in plain terms.
Risk & Buy
After each spin the player gets an optional choice. After a win, they can risk that win to go straight to the free spins; after a loss, they can buy the free spins for a set amount of coins. It turns a normal slot into a sequence of small decisions, which appeals to players who like to feel in control. An updated version of the feature was released in 2023.
Rockways
There are no fixed paylines. On every spin each reel takes a random height from two to six symbols, and inactive blocker symbols can appear, so the number of ways to win moves between 64 and 46,656. Primal Bet Rockways was the first game with it, followed by titles such as Mayan Riches Rockways.
Crash and fishing
Mascot moved into crash games in September 2023 with Paper Lantern's Crash Game; Crash Hamster Crash later won a silver award in a 2024 game debut category. Hook Up! Fishing Wars is the studio's first shooting game, and Merry Scary Christmas its first in 3D graphics.

Three call patterns to plan for
Because Mascot covers slots, crash and fishing, one account sends three distinct call patterns to your wallet. All of them use the same seamless wallet contract, so the work is about capacity and correct bookkeeping, not extra code.
- Slots with Risk & Buy. Each paid spin debits the stake. If the player buys the free spins, expect an additional debit on the round for the purchase; the free spins then pay as credits without further stakes. Credits with no matching debit are therefore normal.
- Crash games. Rounds last seconds. The bet goes out as a debit when the round starts, and a credit arrives if the player cashes out before the crash; a lost round simply has no credit. Many rounds per minute per player is ordinary.
- Fishing. Each shot is a small debit, each catch a credit, sometimes landing after later shots have been debited.
The shared rules: every amount is a whole number of the smallest unit (4.00 RON is 400), call_id identifies each transaction and must be deduplicated, round_id groups the calls of a round, game_id repeats the id_hash exactly, and rb=1 marks a rollback. The type label is informative only. Check that key equals md5 of timestamp plus salt_key, no older than 30 seconds, and always answer HTTP 200 with error 0, 1 plus the current balance, or 2.
