Relax Gaming is a Malta-based game studio founded in March 2010 by Patrik Österåker and Jani Tekoniemi, famous for the Money Train series of high-volatility slots. It grew out of the operator iGame, and Kindred Group completed its full acquisition of the studio in October 2021.

- Catalogue sync. Pull getGameList, keep id_hash, provider key, name, game_type and image, and use play_for_fun_supported to decide which titles get a demo button.
- Player setup. createPlayer once per player with a currency that never changes afterwards.
- Launch. getGame with user_username, user_password, gameid (the id_hash), lang, currency, device, country and homeurl; embed the returned URL.
- Wallet. We send GET requests with action=balance, debit or credit. Amounts are integers in minor units, call_id is unique per transaction, round_id groups a spin or a bonus, and rb=1 marks a rollback.
- Answers. HTTP 200 every time: error 0 for success, 1 for insufficient funds with the current balance, 2 for a processing problem, a bad signature or an unknown player. The signature key is md5(timestamp + salt_key), valid for 30 seconds.
- Support tickets. getPlayerHistory returns up to 500 rounds, newest first, with each round's legs merged into one line.

What happens in my wallet when a player hits a big Money Train bonus?
The Money Cart bonus plays inside the game. Your callback receives the stake as a debit and the bonus result as a credit; if the bonus was bought, the purchase is one debit. Credits without a matching debit are normal and must be accepted, deduplicated on call_id.
Who owns Relax Gaming?
Kindred Group completed its full acquisition of Relax Gaming in October 2021, and the studio kept its own management team. Whoever sits at the top of the group, the games reach your lobby the same way: one API, one wallet.
Can my players try Relax slots for free first?
When a title supports it, getGameList marks play_for_fun_supported and you can open it with getGameDemo. Fun mode never touches your wallet.
