Two balances, native
Gold Coins and Sweep Coins are two separate balances in the API. The player picks one before each round or ticket, and the stake never touches the other.

Sweepstakes casinos run on two coins, and most game supply was never built for that. SoftAggregator offers a sweepstakes line built around them: sweepstakes slots, crash and instant games and a sweepstakes sportsbook, all on Gold Coins and Sweep Coins, through one dual-balance API that any sweepstakes casino platform can connect.
Gold Coins and Sweep Coins are two separate balances in the API. The player picks one before each round or ticket, and the stake never touches the other.
A round played on Gold Coins pays Gold Coins; a round played on Sweep Coins pays Sweep Coins. Rollbacks and voids follow the same rule.
Sweepstakes slots, crash and instant games, plus a full sweepstakes sportsbook with Nocturn Sport, all under the same two coins.
Free rounds campaigns for sweepstakes brands, configured per operator on request: see the free rounds API.
Gold Coins (GC) are the entertainment coin. Players receive them in packs, with daily logins or promotions, and play with them for fun. They have no cash value and are never exchanged. Each brand decides how many Gold Coins a pack contains: one brand might give 60,000 GC with its entry pack, another 100,000.
Sweep Coins (SC) are the promotional coin. They come with a Gold Coin purchase at a fixed rate that brands cannot change: one Sweep Coin per US dollar paid. Brands can also give Sweep Coins away through mail-in requests and daily bonuses, and they set their own rules for redeeming them for prizes.
Take a brand that chooses 5,000 Gold Coins per dollar for its packs. Its ladder would look like this; another brand could pick a completely different Gold Coin amount, but the Sweep Coin column would be identical.
| Pack price | Gold Coins (brand’s choice) | Sweep Coins (fixed) |
|---|---|---|
| 10 USD | 50,000 GC | 10.00 SC |
| 20 USD | 100,000 GC | 20.00 SC |
| 50 USD | 250,000 GC | 50.00 SC |
| 100 USD | 500,000 GC | 100.00 SC |
The fixed rate keeps the model readable for players and simple for the operator’s accounting: the Sweep Coin balance always tells you how much was paid in, plus what was given away. Pack design is therefore about Gold Coin amounts and bonuses, never about the Sweep Coin rate. More on the model in Gold Coins vs Sweep Coins.
A player holding 100,000 GC and 20.00 SC spins a slot at 1,000 GC and wins 4,500 GC: the balances become 103,500 GC and 20.00 SC. The same player switches to Sweep Coins, spins at 0.40 SC and wins 2.00 SC: now 103,500 GC and 21.60 SC. The Gold Coin balance did not move during the Sweep Coin spin, and it never will.
Bonus features follow the round that triggered them. If free spins start on a Sweep Coin spin, every spin of the feature pays Sweep Coins, even if the player flips the selector halfway through. The coin belongs to the round, not to the screen.
When a round has to be cancelled, for example after a dropped connection before the result was settled, the rollback points to the original transaction and returns the stake to the coin it came from. A 0.40 SC stake comes back as 0.40 SC, never as Gold Coins. On the sportsbook, a void or a resettled ticket corrects the coin of that ticket, even days later and even if the player has been playing the other coin since.
The sweepstakes line runs on its own API namespace, separate from the standard seamless wallet described in the API documentation. Operators already live with SoftAggregator keep their current integration exactly as it is and add these calls. A new operator implements them once and gets slots, crash games and sports through the same flow.
1. Balance. One call returns both balances: Gold Coins as a whole number, Sweep Coins with two decimals. The game shows the balance of the active coin; the lobby can show both.
2. Coin selector. The operator’s lobby or game frame carries a GC / SC selector. The selected coin is passed at launch and travels with the session, so every bet call says which coin it uses.
3. Bet. Each bet carries the player, the round, the amount, the coin and a unique transaction id. The operator debits that coin only.
4. Win. The win of a round is credited in the coin of its bet, referencing the same round. A zero win closes the round cleanly.
5. Rollback. A rollback references the original transaction and restores the stake to its coin.
6. Insufficient balance. A bet above the chosen balance is refused with a clear error, and is never taken from the other coin.
Networks retry. Every transaction id is unique, so a bet, win or rollback received twice returns the same result instead of debiting or paying twice. This is the property that keeps a two-coin wallet clean: a replayed call can never land in the wrong balance, because it is recognised as the same call.
The sandbox runs both coins end to end. A sensible test list: a winning and a losing round on each coin, a bonus feature triggered on Sweep Coins with a coin switch mid-feature, a rollback, a bet above the balance, a repeated transaction id, and, if sports are enabled, a void and a resettled ticket.
A sweepstakes casino publishes its own official rules: how Sweep Coins are obtained, how many a free request brings, the redemption minimum, the play-through on Sweep Coins and how prizes are paid. Those rules belong to the operator and live in the operator’s back office.
Free entry. Players can receive Sweep Coins without a purchase, most often through a mail-in request (AMOE). The operator receives the request, matches it to the account and credits the Sweep Coins. The games see one Sweep Coin balance and treat those coins exactly like the ones that came with a pack. Details in AMOE and mail-in entries explained.
Redemption and identity checks. When a player asks to redeem Sweep Coins for a prize, the operator applies its play-through rule, runs its identity checks (KYC) and processes the prize. SoftAggregator never needs player documents.
What SoftAggregator does. It supplies the games and the sportsbook and guarantees the round-level rule: stake from one coin, win to that coin, rollback to that coin, no double processing.
A sweepstakes lobby needs the same variety as any other casino. On the sweepstakes line, SoftAggregator covers:
Line slots, ways slots and cluster slots with free spins, multipliers and bonus buy, running on GC or SC with the same maths as the standard versions. Background on the slots API page.
Short rounds that suit Sweep Coin play: crash, dice and tower games, plus keno and bingo. More on the crash games API and in best games for sweepstakes casinos.
Football, basketball, tennis, ice hockey, MMA, esports and more, with every ticket placed and settled in one coin. Details on Nocturn Sport for Sweepstakes and in adding a sportsbook to a sweepstakes casino.
New sweepstakes-ready titles are added as they are released. The current list is shared with every operator at signup.
A brand starting from scratch takes the whole lobby from one integration: slots, crash and instant games, and sports when it is ready. The US launch guide and the launch checklist cover the rest.
A social casino already running on Gold Coins adds the Sweep Coin balance and keeps its games. The same titles accept bets in either coin, so the move to a social casino sweepstakes model does not mean rebuilding the lobby.
A sweepstakes casino platform, turnkey or in-house, plugs SoftAggregator in as a content provider for its brands. See sweepstakes casino software providers.
A sweepstakes casino with a casino-only lobby switches on Nocturn Sport for Sweepstakes through the same API and the same two balances.
A standard aggregator passes one balance in one currency between the game and the operator. Sweepstakes breaks that assumption twice: the player has two balances, and the same player switches between them several times a session. Supporting it properly means the coin has to travel with every bet, every win has to find its way back to the right balance, and a replayed transaction must never credit the wrong coin.
Most suppliers answer with a workaround on the operator side, such as a second player account per coin or a conversion layer in the middle. Both break the first time a round is replayed or a ticket is resettled. SoftAggregator treats the two coins as part of the protocol instead, which is why the sweepstakes line can cover casino and sportsbook with one integration. SoftAggregator. Its sweepstakes line delivers sweepstakes slots, crash and instant games plus a sweepstakes sportsbook on Gold Coins and Sweep Coins, through a dedicated dual-balance API that sits next to the standard seamless wallet.
Gold Coins are the entertainment coin, with the amount per pack set by each brand. Sweep Coins are the promotional coin, always one Sweep Coin per US dollar paid, so a 20 USD pack carries 20.00 SC. Every bet declares its coin and the win is credited in that same coin.
The feature finishes in the coin of the round that triggered it. A free spins feature triggered on a Sweep Coin spin pays Sweep Coins on every spin, even if the player flips the selector to Gold Coins in the meantime.
A rollback refers to the original transaction id and returns the stake to the coin it was taken from. A rollback sent twice is applied once, because every transaction id is unique.
